Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the complete HR function for our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing environments, with hands-on experience in workforce management, employee relations, statutory compliance, and talent acquisition. Preference will be given to candidates from Jewelry Manufacturing, Export Houses, Civil/Construction, Engineering, or other Manufacturing Industries.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Workforce Management

- Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
- Oversee workforce planning, manpower deployment, attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit management.
- Maintain HR records, employee documentation, and HRMIS reports.
- Support plant/factory workforce management and productivity initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for staff, supervisory, and managerial positions.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract quality talent.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet business requirements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Foster a positive and disciplined work setting.
- Address employee grievances and workplace concern effectively.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare, and retention initiatives.
- Work closely with department heads to improve employee productivity and morale.

Compliance & Policy Management

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other applicable compliances.
- Implement and update HR policies, processes, and employee handbook guidelines.
- Support audits and ensure timely compliance documentation.

Performance & Organizational Development

- Drive performance management and appraisal processes.
- Identify training and development needs across departments.
- Support succession planning and organizational development initiatives.
- Partner with leadership to strengthen organizational effectiveness and workforce capability.

Required Qualifications

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience Required

- 610 years of relevant HR experience in Manufacturing Industries.
- Prior experience in Jewelry Manufacturing, Export Houses or similar manufacturing setups will be highly preferred.
- Experience in managing shop-floor employees, workforce planning, manpower deployment, and employee relations in a manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to handling statutory compliances and large workforce management.
