Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials, including advertisements, social media posts, and promotional emails.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Prior experience in marketing or sales is preferred but not required.
• Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. However, prior experience in marketing or sales will be an advantage.
Working Hours: Standard working hours with occasional flexibility required to accommodate marketing events or campaigns.
