About your new role
We are currently seeking a Job Coach that has the power to connect with and inspire individuals with disabilities to assist our supported employees, on-site at Rocklea and Tingalpa. As a Job Coach you will work as coach and support our supported employees to reach their fullest potential in all aspects of warehousing to help them to achieve their personal employment goals.

About Makeables

Our amazing Makeables team provide employment options to our supported employees. Our sites in Tingalpa and Rocklea work with Pepsico and other companies to fufill production orders. The eeam is full of laughter and ensure they provide the best mentoring for our creative Supported Employees, as a Job Coach, you won’t want to miss this experience.

About you

Experience with people living with a disability in an employment setting or direct support and training.
Experience in the warehouse industry.
Ability to motivate and engage others to meet the day-to-day objectives.
Ability to prioritise workload, multitask and respond to emergency situations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively within a team.
You will have the following to qualify for this role

Blue Card
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
