Extensive proven experience as a Jira Administrator in a complex enterprise environment.
Deep technical expertise in configuring Jira workflows, custom screens, custom fields, permission
schemes, and notification schemes.
Strong background in RBAC setup, management, and automation within Atlassian products.
Proven experience in maintaining Jira data quality, alongside advanced dashboarding and reporting
skills using JQL.
Familiarity with JIRA integrations, particularly Exalate.
Hands-on experience integrating Jira with third-party tools, with specific mandatory experience in
Exalate monitoring and administration.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts
to non-technical stakeholders.
