Responsible for the on-boarding, configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of our Jira platform to support digital marketing workstreams
Onboard the JIRA tool into our digital marketing workflow
Administer and maintain Jira projects, workflows, and configurations
Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in Jira
Customize Jira dashboards and filters to improve project visibility and reporting
Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to Jira applications and integrate with other tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for Jira instance modifications
Conduct training sessions for end-users to optimize their use of Jira
Stay updated with the latest Jira features and best practices to enhance team productivity
