Job description
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jewelry Merchandiser B2B Sales Expert, based in Jaipur.
The Jewelry Merchandiser will be responsible for managing B2B sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, maintaining strong client relationships, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
As we expand our B2B vertical, we are seeking a skilled professional to drive business growth and generate bulk orders. The role also includes overseeing retail activities, coordinating with marketing teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new B2B clients across domestic and international markets.
Present curated collections to wholesale buyers, retailers, and distributors.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with buyers and trade partners.
Coordinate with design, production, and export teams to fulfill bulk orders.
Create and manage buyer catalogues, line sheets, and collection presentations.
Track market trends and competitor activities to fine-tune product offerings.
Represent trade shows, exhibitions, and virtual buyer meets.
Consistently achieve B2B sales targets and contribute to overall brand growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry merchandising or B2B jewelry sales.
Strong knowledge of gemstones, silver jewelry, and current fashion trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand buyer requirements and translate them into sellable collections.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Must be self-driven, growth-focused, and organized.
