Job Title – Showroom Receptionist / Front Office

Job Type - Full Time, Permanent

NOTE: Immediate Joiners
• Experience: Receptionist experience in the jewellery domain.
• Attributes: pleasant, graceful, and energetic.
• Guest Relations: Experience in handling guest relations.

Responsibilities:
• Greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately.
• Notify company personnel of visitor arrivals.
• Maintain security and telecommunications systems.
• Answer or refer inquiries to inform visitors.
• Maintain employee and department directories to direct visitors.
• Follow procedures, monitor the logbook, and issue visitor badges to maintain security.
• Keep the reception area safe and clean by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities, and continuing needs to support continuity among work teams.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
