Jewellery Sales Associate

Job Description Greet and assist customers professionally. Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget. Explain jewellery designs, product specifications, pricing, offers, and schemes. Demonstrate knowledge of 18K, 22K & 24K gold, diamonds, silver Jewellery, and BIS Hallmark . Suggest suitable jewellery based on customer needs. Handle product demonstrations and support customers during purchase decisions. Achieve individual and showroom sales targets. Build strong relationships with existing and new customers. Follow up with customers through calls and messages. Maintain customer database and support repeat business. Assist with billing, exchange, returns, and other showroom procedures. Ensure proper display and cleanliness of jewellery counters. Coordinate with the inventory and billing teams when required. Follow company policies, sales procedures, and security guidelines. Required Skills Good communication and interpersonal skills. Tamil and English communication is preferred. Customer-handling and convincing skills. Basic knowledge of jewellery products and sales. Target-oriented and positive attitude. Ability to work as part of a team. Good grooming and professional appearance. Preferred Candidate Passionate about jewellery and retail sales. Customer-friendly and confident. Willing to learn jewellery product knowledge. Flexible to work during weekends and festival seasons.
