Job Title: Jewellery Retail Sales Store Manager
Location: Patna, Bihar
Salary: ₹50,000/month
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery or luxury segment
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Jewellery Retail Sales Store Manager to lead our store operations in Patna. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales and customer service, especially in the jewellery sector. The role demands excellent communication skills, leadership ability, and a deep understanding of customer experience in luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the jewellery store.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Supervise, train, and motivate sales staff to deliver high performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Maintain inventory levels, manage stock movement, and oversee stock audits.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and legal regulations.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and ensure the store is clean, organized, and attractive.
• Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to improve sales strategies.
• Organize in-store promotions, events, and campaigns in coordination with marketing teams.
Key Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Customer service orientation with a focus on luxury experience.
• Knowledge of jewellery products, trends, and market dynamics.

Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: Retail Management, Business Administration, or related fields)
• Prior experience in jewellery or luxury retail preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
