• Prepare detailed analysis, plans, diagrams and procedures within a technical design document to existing and proposed PeopleSoft applications
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
. Experience in manufacturing, order entry, inventory, shipping, warehousing , finance and accounting
• Work closely with business owners to clarify project scope and specifications, including providing and evaluating alternative options where appropriate.
• Flexible and able to work independently or in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Independent and self-motivated with the ability to handle Team and multiple tasks
• Experience with full software lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, construction and testing) in Agile/Scrum environment
• Independently translate business requirements analysis into technical design specifications and development
