Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure efficient and high-quality software development. Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, and help in troubleshooting and solving complex technical issues.
Application Development: Design and develop scalable and high-performance web applications using React JS, Fabric JS, and Three JS. Take ownership of both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration.
System Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architecture, define technical requirements, and ensure that the solutions are optimized for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Research and Development (R&D): Stay updated with the latest advancements in JavaScript frameworks, libraries, and tools. Evaluate and prototype new technologies and tools to improve the development process and application performance.
Code Reviews: Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality, best practices, and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Version Control: Utilize GIT for version control, ensuring smooth collaboration and conflict-free integration of code.
AWS Cloud Integration: Implement cloud-based solutions on AWS, ensuring the efficient deployment, scaling, and management of applications in a cloud environment.
Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality features and improvements. Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
System Design: Lead the design of key application components and systems, ensuring the architecture is modular, scalable, and maintainable.
Performance Optimization: Ensure that applications are optimized for speed, performance, and responsiveness.
Skills:
· Expertise in ( Must Have: Core Java, ES6, React JS ), ( Nice to have: Fabric JS, and Three JS ).
· Strong experience in system design, architecture, and end-to-end application development.
· Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.
· Proficiency in version control using GIT.
· Experience in code review practices and fostering a collaborative development environment.
Additional Skills:
· Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting.
· Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
