Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with deep knowledge and experience in performance optimization, specifically in the areas of core Java concepts, Spring Framework, Spring Security, Hibernate, and database optimization. As a Java Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance Java applications while employing optimization techniques at both the application and database levels.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java applications based on business requirements, ensuring adherence to performance optimization principles.
Demonstrate expertise in core Java concepts, object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, and collections framework.
Utilize the Spring Framework, including Spring Security, to build robust and efficient applications.
Leverage Hibernate ORM to interact with databases and optimize data access operations.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks at the application level, including optimizing business logic, API design, and configuration.
Conduct thorough analysis and profiling of the application's performance, utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
Implement optimization strategies such as caching, multithreading, and asynchronous processing to enhance application performance.
Optimize database queries and PL/SQL code to improve overall system efficiency and response times.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the application.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Java development and performance optimization.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven work experience of 5 years as a Java Developer with a strong focus on performance optimization.
In-depth knowledge and expertise in core Java concepts, object-oriented programming, and collections framework.
Strong experience with the Spring Framework, including Spring Security, for building scalable and secure applications.
Proficiency in Hibernate ORM for efficient database interactions and optimization.
Experience in performance optimization at both the application and database levels.
Solid understanding of SQL and PL/SQL, with the ability to optimize database queries and procedures.
Familiarity with standard optimization techniques and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
