Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Java Developer with strong backend development expertise to design, build, and maintain scalable applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in modern Java frameworks, microservices architecture, and cloud-based environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable Java-based applications
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring Boot
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, QA, and DevOps
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
• Work on database design, optimization, and query performance
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability
Technical Skills Required
• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 or above)
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Experience in building Microservices Architecture
• Knowledge of REST APIs & Web Services
• Familiarity with Hibernate / JPA
• Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Understanding of Kafka / RabbitMQ (good to have)
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines
Good to Have
• Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Exposure to DevOps practices
• Understanding of system design and distributed systems
• Experience in performance tuning and optimization
