Store Manager Opportunity at JAG Noosa

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales assistants to deliver exceptional customer-focused service and tell the brand's story of authenticity and confidence.
Manage store budgets, interpret financial reports, and craft efficient rosters to drive store performance and achieve sales targets.
Drive team performance, productivity, and skill development, nurturing a culture of growth for team members.
Maintain operational excellence by controlling stock levels and executing flawless visual merchandising that reflects the essence of the brand.
Candidate Requirements:
At least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment.
Demonstrated experience in driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Proven ability and passion to lead, coach, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment.
