IVF Specialist (3–4 Years Experience) – IHR IVF, Kolkata

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and compassionate IVF Specialist to join our team at IHR IVF, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fertility treatments and a strong commitment to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and manage infertility cases in both male and female patients
Plan and execute IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive procedures
Monitor ovarian stimulation cycles and follicular growth
Perform procedures like egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and ultrasound scans
Guide patients through treatment plans with clarity and empathy
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Work closely with embryologists and support staff for optimal outcomes.
Required Qualifications
MBBS with MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology
Fellowship / Certification in Reproductive Medicine (preferred)
Registered with Medical Council of India / State Medical Council
Experience
3–4 years of hands-on experience in IVF and fertility treatments
Experience in handling independent IVF cycles is preferred
Key Skills
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills in reproductive medicine
Excellent communication and patient counseling abilities
Detail-oriented with a patient-first approach
Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
