The ITSSB Service Designer contributes on offering services that will positively impact people and bring value to the Business
He leads all service design activities from the service definition to service release
He designs GroupIT Premium services with user experience driven approach and specifies related changes
In this role he wears also other hats such as Business analyst understanding the service outcomes as well as user s expectations and as Project manager ensuring the completion of projects related service lifecycle
He also has a broad knowledge on IT technologies that help to transform technical services into business services
Managing stakeholders influencing and shaping stakeholders objectives
Understanding end to end technical service including how the service operates Leading the completion of projects from the requirements assessment to the service release
Elaborating the service release specifications including the pricing model
Developing the specification documents required for Service Design Package
Working closely with GroupIT technical teams who ensure the service provision Enabling innovation and industrialization globalization automation in service design
Supporting the promotion of the GroupIT Premium services Skills
Having hands on experience on Business analysis and Project management
Having a broad understanding of IT technologies and components Understanding of Group IT services practices processes and tools
Primary Skills
Understanding end to end technical service including how the service operates Leading the completion of projects from the requirements assessment to the service release
Elaborating the service release specifications including the pricing model
Developing the specification documents required for Service Design Package
Secondary Skills
Ability to plan and coordinate activities Ability to develop specification documents
Ability to collaborate and interact at multiple levels
Ability to understand user s perspective and adopt user experience driven approach Leadership and management skills
