Job Description
8–10 years of experience managing IT projects across the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery and closure.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, define project scope, create detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets and timelines.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management, risk assessment, issue resolution, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Skilled in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience using project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to coordinate between technical teams, business users, and external vendors.
• Track record of delivering complex IT solutions on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapt to changing priorities, and drive continuous process improvements.
• Project management certification is preferred.
