Observe and assist in the hard chrome plating process, including surface preparation, masking, plating, and post-processing.
Assist in cylindrical and surface grinding operations, understanding tolerances, finishes, and equipment safety.
Learn the basics of lathe turning and CNC/manual operations used in the repair and manufacturing of precision components.
Record process data such as cycle times, quality readings, and inspection results.
Support maintenance activities of plating and grinding machines.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on learning outcomes.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
