Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Setting up systems, monitor and maintain computer systems. Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
- Troubleshooting
- Install or upgrade software and hardware.
- Responding to technical inquiries, logging service and repair, Creating manuals and guides.
-Training staff.
- Interact with staff on IT problems and their resolution.
- Order or buy computer systems and liaise with purchase and supplies department
- Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.
- IT Asset Management and report
- Creation/deletion of user credentials.
Qualifications and Skills
Graduate/BCA/B.Sc. CS,B.Tech-IT
