Required Skills & Experience

2–4 years of experience as a System Engineer, IT Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of:
Linux administration (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL preferred)
Windows Server and Windows desktop environments
Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration
Active Directory / Azure AD user management
Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and servers
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN)
Security tools and endpoint protection systems
Docker and container basics
Experience with system monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Understanding of IT security best practices and endpoint compliance.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills

Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox).
Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
Familiarity with scripting (Bash or PowerShell).
Basic understanding of Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms.
Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
Relevant certifications (Microsoft, Linux, Networking, Security) are an added advantage.
