Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer with 1 year of hands-on experience to provide technical assistance and support for software, and network-related issues. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, proactive, and capable of troubleshooting and resolving IT problems efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person.

- Installation of Software and OS configuration.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

- Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets within defined SLAs.

- Support Windows/Linux operating systems and common business applications.

- Support on Dialer applications.

- Monitor system performance of Servers.

- Document issues, solutions, and IT procedures.

- Collaborate with internal teams and escalate complex issues when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

- 6 months - 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11).

- Basic Linux administration.

- Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

- Familiarity with tools like Remote desktop tools.

- Ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
