IT Support Engineer Al Samia

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Desktop Support Engineer to provide onsite and field technical support to our corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in desktop troubleshooting, hardware installation, networking, printer support, and end-user support. The role requires travelling to client locations and resolving technical issues within defined service timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Provide onsite technical support at client locations.
Attend field service calls and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
Configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft OAice applications.
Install and troubleshoot antivirus software and business applications.
Perform LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network troubleshooting.
Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and access points.
Replace and upgrade computer hardware components.
Support user account configuration, email setup, and printer connectivity.
Coordinate with senior engineers for complex technical issues.
Update service reports and call status after every client visit.
Ensure compliance with company and client service standards
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
