• Daily Hardware & Software troubleshooting calls.
• Azure Login ID Creation & Deletion

• New Joiner setup.
• Installation of Operating system.
• Software installation through SCCM.
• Troubleshooting MACBOOK issues.
• Audio Video room maintenance.
• Printer & Plotter maintenance
• Should be familiar with Incident & Task tracking through ServiceNow
• Induction for new joiners.
• Asset Management
• Inventory management.
• Vendor management activities like creating purchase requisition & follow-up with vendors.
• Good writing & verbal communication skills. Qualifications
Qualifications
The candidate should Candidate should have a Diploma / Degree and 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.have a B.E/B.Tech/B.SC degree in Information Technology.The candidate should have a work experience of 3-5 years.
