The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1.5 years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on lead generation through LinkedIn and other platforms. The primary responsibility of this role is to interact with leads and clients, identifying opportunities and nurturing relationships to drive sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools to identify and connect with potential leads within the IT industry. Engage with leads and clients through various channels, including email, phone calls, and social media, to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our services. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation and conversion. Maintain accurate records of interactions with leads and clients using CRM software. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the IT industry. Proven track record of success in lead generation and sales. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM software. Additional Skills: Familiarity with web and mobile app development technologies is a plus. • Experience with CRM and ERP systems is beneficial.
