Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in selling of IT solutions
• Bachelor's degree in a pertinent businessrelated field.
• Proven experience as a Field Sales Manager or similar.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong foundational knowledge in IT including hardware, software and IT services
• Comprehensive business knowledge to create realistic sales projections and objectives for the team
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Selfmotivated with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary:
₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus
• Quarterly bonus
• Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
