Job Description
The position will administer the enterprise implementation of the Atlassian suite, including: Jira Software, Jira Align & Confluence.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
• Ability to assist with completing JIRA/JIRA Align configurations for design, development, and implementation activities, in adherence with best practices.
• Helping with Jira-related tasks and modifications to improve existing projects and tailor configurations that aligned with Product Owner’s vision.
• Creating and maintaining technical and/or user facing documentation for training.
• Working independently with general direction and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
• Integrity and a positive attitude, especially while handling stressful situations
• Working with project stakeholders (technical as well as end users) to understand business requirements and implement solutions for diverse problems
• The ability to research viable technical and/or non-technical solutions evaluate new technology and advocate, influence, and build consensus for innovations that satisfy business needs
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Overall 5-6 years of total experience
• Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and stakeholders
• 3 years of Jira Align/Jira administration, configuration etc
• Jira align administration/configuration experience strongly preferred
• BS/BA degree, preferably in computer science or related field
• Exposure in DevOps and other tools installation, configuration and support
• Exposure to tools like Confluence etc preferred
• Exposure to multiple OS platforms like Windows, Unix, Linux etc
