As an IT Mobile and Application Frameworks Developer – Manager squad, you will work with Chapter Lead, Product Owner, other developers and QAs in your squad to deliver on projects in end-to-end fashion. The incumbent for this role will implement technical solutions across the full suite of BCG’s internal mobile applications. The candidate must be open minded and interested in continuous learning, while being curious and unafraid to ask questions. He/She must be willing to innovate and initiate change, discover new solutions and present new ideas. He/She must work well in a global team environment and collaborate well with peers and stakeholders.
YOU'RE GOOD AT
• Working in a squad of Mobile Apps and web developers to realise squad’s mission.
• Work with Product Owner, Chapter Lead and Architect on prioritised backlog items for BCG internal mobile SDK’s, reusable frameworks and applications.
• Design and build SDK’s and applications for iOS platform.
• Ensure performance and quality of the application
• Collaborate with cross functional team to define and design the app
• Perform checks on correct functionality of app
• Integrate application with backend tools such as cloud, APIs, and push notifications
• Responsible to help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Responsible for providing prototypes and proofs of concepts
• Manage mobile CI/CD and rollout strategies.
• Use encryption tools to safeguard content
• Share knowledge and expertise within and outside of squad.
• Support the delivery of projects by contributing to estimations and participating in agile ceremonies.
YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
• Total 8+ years’ relevant experience in developing mobile apps, SDK’s, reusable frameworks, and libraries.
• Expert in mobile development using objective C, swift programming.
• Nice to have previous experience with API development using JavaScript, Node JS, GraphQL/REST, and.Net Core
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies and ways of working (Scrum, XP) with the ability to engage in Agile ceremonies.
• Experience with unit testing & writing test.
• Excellent communications skills.

• Other squads for dependencies and integration.
• Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, that will ensure that you adopt agile principles, mindset, and ways of working into your daily routine and who will coach you during the transformation
