We're looking for a proactive and hands-on IT Infrastructure and Networking Engineer to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, networking systems, and connectivity across office and client environments. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting abilities, a solid understanding of networking fundamentals, and experience handling day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities:
• Configure, manage, and maintain networking devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
• Monitor network, server, and internet performance to ensure high availability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot network, hardware, connectivity, and system-related issues efficiently.
• Manage and support LAN/WAN infrastructure and internal IT systems.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining IT infrastructure across office and client locations.
• Ensure system security, backup management, and basic access control practices.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for hardware/software support and issue resolution.
• Maintain documentation for network configurations, assets, and troubleshooting procedures.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of Strong understanding of networking concepts, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, etc.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Basic knowledge of server administration and system management.
• Familiarity with Windows/Linux operating systems and IT support processes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
Good to Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
• Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience supporting multi-location infrastructure environments is preferred.
