Summary:
Responsible for administering, maintaining, and supporting enterprise infrastructure and operational technology platforms across identity, messaging, collaboration, endpoint management, virtual desktop, server, cybersecurity, voice, print, backup, and monitoring services. Ensures service availability, security, performance, and standardization through platform administration, provisioning, patching, troubleshooting, compliance support, disaster recovery participation, vendor coordination, and continuous improvement of IT operations.
*** This position may be performed on-site, hybrid, or remotely with the following guidelines:
The employee resides in Nebraska.
Successfully completes a 90-day on-site introductory period starting on day 1.
If fully remote, it may be required to come on-site up to 20%.
Adherence to all other organizational remote work requirements and policies.

Responsibilities:
Enterprise Infrastructure Services Management
Responsible for assisting with administering, maintaining , and troubleshooting core enterprise infrastructure platforms across identity, messaging, collaboration, automation, licensing, and inventory management.
This role supports Microsoft Entra, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Exclaimer, and Lansweeper, with a focus on service availability, issue resolution, standardization, and continuous improvement.
The Infrastructure Analyst I specializes in specific functional areas rather than all listed platforms. The position will focus on an assigned scope while maintaining a general understanding of other technologies.2. General knowledge of Active Directory administration and support to maintain reliable identity and access operations for assigned scope and on-call duties.
3. General knowledge of DHCP, DNS, and core networking concepts to support reliable connectivity and infrastructure operations for assigned scope and on-call duties.
4. General knowledge of core infrastructure and end-user technology administration and support to maintain stable and reliable IT operations for assigned scope and on-call duties.
5. General knowledge of system monitoring and performance concepts to support service availability, issue identification, and timely remediation for assigned scope and on-call duties.
6. General knowledge of licensing, single sign-on, and application integration administration to support secure and reliable user access for assigned scope and on-call duties.
7. General knowledge of server and endpoint patching, patch compliance, and mobile device management to support secure and standardized endpoint operations for assigned scope and on-call duties.
8. General knowledge of email and SMTP relay administration and support to maintain reliable communication services for assigned scope and on-call duties.
9. General knowledge of security event review, risk reduction, and security best practices to support a strong overall security posture for assigned scope and on-call duties.
10. General knowledge of enterprise voice, paging, fax, print, and related operational support technologies to maintain reliable delivery of critical user and organizational services for assigned scope and on-call duties.
11. General knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery preparedness to support recoverability and operational resilience for assigned scope and on-call duties.
