Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled IT Hardware Specialist to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our organization’s hardware infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, servers, networking devices, and peripherals, along with strong problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, servers, and networking equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, peripheral, and connectivity issues
• Monitor and maintain IT hardware inventory
• Assist in hardware procurement and vendor coordination
• Ensure hardware security and proper disposal of old equipment
• Provide support to end-users for hardware-related issues
• Collaborate with IT team for system upgrades and infrastructure improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in IT hardware management and support
• Strong knowledge of PC, server, and networking hardware
• Experience with hardware troubleshooting, installation, and upgrades
• Familiarity with networking devices, printers, and other peripherals
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
• Good documentation and reporting skills

Preferred Skills:
• Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN and server hardware
• Knowledge of IT asset management tools
• Ability to train junior staff or end-users
