Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, laptops, and peripherals
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers)
• Install and manage printers (laser, inkjet, network printers)
• Handle printer issues such as paper jams, connectivity, driver installation, and cartridge replacement
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing of IT equipment
• Manage LAN/WAN connectivity related to printers and systems
• Provide technical support to users (onsite/remote)
• Maintain records of hardware inventory and service logs
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and replacements
