IT Help Desk - Help Wanted!
Come work for one of the most respected Managed Service Providers in FL, utilizing the latest tools to proactively support and protect business clients.
We are looking for self-motivated IT Helpdesk / Desktop Technicians to provide remote and on-site customer support, installing and troubleshooting hardware/software systems at customer offices in the Jacksonville area.

Job Type: Full-time
Experience in the following are recommended/ required:
* Analyzing desktops hardware, software, and operating systems
* Imaging machines from scripts
* Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues
* Maintenance of good documentation
* Working with vendors for warranty issues
* Providing support in networked environments
* Collecting requests from customers onsite
*CompTIA Certification encouraged
Requirements:
* Ability to work an 8am- 5pm shift Monday- Friday
* At least 1 Year experience as a IT helpdesk or IT desktop technician
* Must be able to pass 10 year criminal background check & drug screen
* Clean driving record and valid driver's license required
* Comfortable with onsite customer interaction
* Physical requirements of position: able to lift up to 70 lbs.
