Additionally, you will be involved in creating technical documentation, user guides, and FAQs for IT products and solutions.The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, along with proven experience in IT content writing, technical writing, or related fields.
