Responsibilities: Manage and support business applications, including lending systems, ERP, EDMS, data warehouse, and reporting tools Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, and external partners Gather and document business and system requirements for enhancements and new development Monitor daily application operations, interfaces, batch jobs, and data issues Coordinate testing (unit/UAT) and support smooth production releases Manage vendors and ensure timely, quality delivery Experience: 5+ years in application support/business systems analysis; vendor management experience preferred
