Job Description
IT Strategy & Governance
• Assess current IT infrastructure and identify security and operational gaps.
• Build policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Define access controls and technology best practices.
• Create a technology roadmap aligned with business growth.
Information Security & Data Protection
• Protect company and client data from unauthorized access and leakage.
• Implement controls around file sharing, downloads, devices, and
external applications.
• Drive cybersecurity initiatives and ensure compliance with security
best practices.
• Establish incident response and risk management mechanisms.
AI Governance & IP Protection
• Define policies for the responsible use of AI tools.
• Prevent leakage of confidential information and intellectual property.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and associated risks.
IT Infrastructure & Asset Management
• Define hardware standards for different roles and functions.
• Recommend and manage procurement of devices and IT assets.
• Establish lifecycle management processes for assets and infrastructure.
• Ensure employees have the right tools and configurations to perform effectively.
Software & License Management
• Manage software procurement, licensing, renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Maintain visibility of SaaS applications across the organization.
• Optimize software usage and technology spend.
Identity & Employee Lifecycle Management
• Own IT onboarding and onboarding processes.
• Ensure timely provisioning and revocation of accounts and access rights.
• Strengthen access management and security controls.
Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery
• Develop backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Minimize operational disruptions and improve organizational resilience.
Vendor Management & Budgeting
• Manage IT budgets and technology investments.
• Evaluate vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Ensure technology solutions balance security, usability, scalability, and cost.
Team Leadership
• Lead and develop the IT Administration function.
• Build processes and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
• Promote a culture of cybersecurity and responsible technology usage.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Exposure to ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks is preferred.
• Experience leading small IT teams and managing technology vendors.
