We have a global presence with offices in Hungary, India, UK, and across Europe, supporting students from diverse backgrounds with their academic journeys.
We are looking for a talented IT & Social Media Manager to administer our IT system and social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original text and video content, managing posts, and responding to followers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
• Define the most important social media KPIs.
• Manage and oversee social media content.
• Measure the success of every social media campaign.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Use social media marketing tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.
• Provide constructive feedback.
• Manage Domain and subdomain.
• Ability to work on Office 365 administrative features
• Ability to Design and create and optimise SharePoint Sites
• Ability to work on Zoho CRM, Forms and other Zoho platforms
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
• Good understanding of social media KPIs.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
• Team player.
• Good time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
• Engineering Degree in Computer Sciences
• BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with visual communication principles.
• Familiarity with web design and publishing.
• Knowledge of online marketing channels.
• Familiarity with Office 365, SharePoint, Zoho CRM, Zoho Forms design and publishing.
