Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To develop Mobile app for our flagship product, we are looking for a React Native developer who is very proficient in React Native framework, JavaScript programming and can take complete ownership of software-code development, maintenance and optimization
Technical Skills: (must have)
- Excellent React Native, JavaScript programming skills
- Strong Java/Swift/Objective-C skills
- Experience with Android and iOS development
- Hands-on experience with tech tools like Android studio and Xcode
- Hands-on experience with Native Modules
- Sound understanding of MVC, MVVM, JSON, and data binding
- Hands-on experience with implementing best practices for React Native (e.g. project structure, module organization, naming convention, etc.)
- Experience in integrating with third party JavaScript/Native libraries
Additional Skills: (nice to have)
- Experience of working with React Navigation
- Knowledge of offline first databases
- Experience of working with GraphQL database through apollo client
- Experience with version controlling tools e.g. Git
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key accountability of React native developer will be to develop, maintain and optimize codebase for the Mobile app of MyLOFT
Planning and Development
- Design Planning of the features/enhancements in coordination with software development team
- Develop and Deliver mobile application features/fixes
- Develop and Integrate custom modules and components with the app
- Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript code
- Work closely with UI designer to deliver pixel perfect dynamic UI
- Work closely with back-end team to integrate REST API
Testing and Maintenance
- Follow best practices for testing and maintenance to ensure that codebase is executable, readable and easy to maintain
- Ensure that security and versioning of the codebase is maintained
- Write and maintain technical documentation for ready reference
Post Launch Optimization
- Periodically participate in code review and refactoring to improve app performance
- Participate in user feedback sessions to identify and understand user requirements
- Beta/Marketability Tests (for POCs)
- Coordinate with development team to evaluate technical feasibility of new requirements
- Build prototypes/POCs
- Actively participate in relevant technical forums
- Participate in training and knowledge sharing initiatives
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
