Key Responsibilities
• Architect and build scalable iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Leverage Apple APIs (e.g., LocalAuthentication, CommonCrypto) to solve complex problems elegantly.
• Optimize application performance using profiling tools, concurrency strategies, and thoughtful design.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to shaping the technical culture of the Calgary office.
• Incorporate AI tools to accelerate development, enabling deeper technical focus and impactful work.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong computer science fundamentals, including memory management, data structures, algorithms, and concurrency.
• Proven experience building and shipping complex iOS applications.
• Expertise in UIKit, SwiftUI, and the broader Apple ecosystem.
• Ability to design modular, testable systems with architectural insight (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
• Proficiency with CI/CD, app signing, provisioning, and Instruments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Collaborative mindset with curiosity and craftsmanship.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)
• Experience developing APIs.
• Awareness of Android app development.
• Strong user experience and design skills
