Hiring for the Role of Fraction Sales Profile
Work Location : Mumbai
Mode of Interview : Face to Face
Job description for Real Estate Fraction Sales:
1 To work for a leading real estate investment management company which aspire to build
India's largest retail base of investors to earn periodic yields/coupons
2 Should be able to garner leads created online and offline to explain the fraction
opportunity with its pros and cons
3 Should be able to link property and investment and explain structures created to invest in
such opportunities
4 Should be from financial product sales background, online sales experience would be
preferred
5 Will get fixed salary and incentive of each conversion into investment
6 Should be able to do suitability test of investors on the investment opportunity
7 High compliance and legal hunger to learn about real estate fractional investment
