We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our warehouse operations in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in warehouse management, possessing the skills to optimize processes and ensure efficient inventory management.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow.
• Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to maintain accuracy.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance productivity and performance.
• Develop and maintain warehouse performance metrics to track efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to maximize storage capacity and minimize costs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in warehouse management or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and logistics.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with a focus on employee development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members and stakeholders
