Job Description
Lagom Retail is a Seller on e-commerce Marketplaces . We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as the first Inventory Management Associate. This is a unique opportunity for a fresher to take ownership and play a crucial role in shaping the inventory management processes within our company.
• Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the company's inventory management procedures.
- Reconcile inventory based on closing balances and data from warehouse inventory aggregator.
- Identify any discrepancies and take corrective actions to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Monitor and manage inventory flow across different departments and locations.
- Identify slow-moving inventory and develop strategies to optimize its distribution.
- Analyze inventory movement data to detect any abnormalities and implement necessary measures.
• Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Ability to take ownership and work independently.
