We are hiring a proactive and quick-learning individual to manage inventory movement, customer coordination, and day-to-day operational tracking for our orthopaedic implants and instruments business. This role requires strong execution, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Key Responsibilities 1. Record All Outgoing and incoming Products in realtime official WhatsApp groups or excel templates by ensuring accuracy in product name, qty, party name and contact details. 2. Prepare and arrange required instruments and implants for upcoming cases. 3. Dispatch coordination with customers , doctors , hospitals before sending and logging the photos in the official whatsapp group. 4. Patients Case tracking details and payment follow-up, track pending payments and keep a track of outstanding collections. Candidate Requirements 1. Education: Not mandatory 2. Experience: Freshers can apply 3. Language Requirement: Hindi/Marathi/Telugu /Basic English Skills: Quick learner with willingness to understand medical products High attention to detail (very important for surgical sets) Active and disciplined in daily work Basic Excel and WhatsApp knowledge and Delivery apps Good communication skills
