About Businessline/Function :
ALM Treasury which stands for Asset and Liability Management Treasury (ALMT) is a Transversal Activity, present throughout the Group, which manages the liquidity, interest rate and foreign exchange risks of the Bank's balance sheet, including its implementation on the financial markets.
It is a Transversal Activity which is Integrated, within the Group, being responsible for all the components that contribute to risk management. Operational, operating in the financial markets. Partner to business lines, with ALM Treasury teams present in the different entities and under the responsibility of Group métiers.
ILMS is Web based communication tool amongst FO ALM-Treasury and TFLM Operations to build the Treasury forecasts and manage the short-term position of the bank in all its currencies based on the prepared forecasts.

Position Purpose
To contribute as a senior Java developer and take lead on application development, enhancements, and maintenance and support activities for multiple applications across all SDLC phases.
Candidate needs to have strong experience on front end technologies Angular,PrimeNG, NodeJS, RxJS, NgRx related testing frameworks. Candidate should be able to contribute with back end development for the application strategic and futuristic changes.
Candidate with strong analytical and technical skills to drive new initiative for designing applications modules from monolithic to micro services architecture
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
• Application designing / development / testing / support / enhancements / bug-fixing.
• Interact with functional and technical representatives of project teams in order to understand business functionalities, technical modules, integration mechanism and data sources.
• Prepare test plans and conduct Unit, Integration, Regression, Performance and Functional Testing.
• Contribute to improve the architecture and design efficient solutions for the project
• Contribute to the technical designing phase and document the design with UML diagrams and models. Create prototype for proof of concept and business requirements validations.
• Participate in peer code reviews and peer modules testing.
• Report progress and escalate issues to the Team Lead.
• Ensuring that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of software development life-cycle and day to day development work.
• Estimate efforts and schedule for various modules and meet deadlines.
• Technical and Release related Documentation.
• Design and improve DevOps related implementation for the team.
• Should have handled the Technical projects related to Framework migration & version upgradation(Java ,hibernate & Spring version upgradation)
• Should have insights on areas like Java Memory Management & Garbage Collector algorithms, Design Patterns (SOLID), Encryption Types, OWASP best practices, UX skills, Db purging and Archiving strategies
• Should have decision making capabilities for technical projects
