Work Location: Malad West (Mumbai)

Candidate must be local to (Vashi,Kalyan,Borivali,Thane,Bandra,Mira Road,Seawood, Sion, Seawood and GTB Nagar)

Please Note-Centralized shuttle services for the day and Night 10:30pm to morning 6 am cab services available either pickup or drop any (one).

Job Responsibilities:

Customer Care Specialist (International BPO) will manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails.
Customer Care Specialist must have excellent communication skills along with active listening
Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers
Customer focused approach.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.
Customer Care Specialist (International BPO) must be willing to work in rotational night shifts.
QUALIFICATION: GRADUTATE (ANY DEGREE)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
