What You'll Do
Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally
Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, and video
Set and confirm appointments for the showroom
Follow up with unsold customers and previous prospects
Work closely with the sales and management team
Maintain accurate CRM records and customer notes
Deliver an exceptional customer experience
Help customers find the right vehicle and complete the sales process
Requirements:

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated
Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, texting, and email
Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries
Sales experience is a plus but not required
Automotive experience is preferred but not required
