Job Description
Job Title: Technical Support Voice
Shift: Rotational Shift
Work Location: Ahmedabad
Week Off: 5 days working (2 days rotational week off)
Qualification: Undergraduate/Graduate/ Post Graduate
Candidate should have minimum 06months & above year experience in international voice process
We are looking for immediate joiners only

Taking calls Solving Customer Quires
As of now work from home, as per situation it will be work from office.
Company will provide system .
Requirements
Candidate should have,
1. Good Communication skills
2. Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones
3. Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.
4. Flexible to work in shifts.
5. Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills
6. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
7. Good technical knowledge
8. As of now WFH later on WFO where candidate ready to relocated Ahmedabad
+. candidate should have broadband connection
