International Security Manager Assistant (Remote - India)
Job Description
On behalf of my client, we are actively seeking a seasoned professional with a strong background in government, national defense, or military services to join as an International Security Manager Assistant
I. Position Overview
This position is designed to recruit seasoned professionals with a strong background in government, national defense, or military services, to serve as a capable assistant to the International Security Manager and to participate in the implementation and optimization of the overseas project security management system.
II. Key Responsibilities
• Security System Support – Assist the International Security Manager in drafting, revising, and archiving overseas project security management policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and emergency response plans (EPRPs); follow up on the execution of security strategies and collect feedback.
• Security Information & Risk Assessment – Assist in collecting and collating overseas security intelligence, dynamic security updates, and public opinion, and compiling security information briefs; participate in data collection and analysis for threat and risk assessments (TRAs).
• Daily Operations & Facility Management – Assist in overseeing the routine operation of the security system, compiling operational data from checkpoint inspections and patrol services; participate in the inspection and maintenance management of security facilities including surveillance, alarm systems, and access control.
• Emergency Response Support – Assist the manager in executing emergency response during incidents, responsible for information dissemination, liaison coordination, and on-site documentation; participate in crisis management and business continuity plan drills.
• Team Management Support – Assist in the daily management of the security team, maintain training records and performance statistics; participate in organizing security training sessions and emergency drills.
• External Relations & Compliance – Assist in maintaining routine liaison with overseas embassies/consulates, local governments, police departments, and international security organizations; participate in monitoring and documenting the service quality of security vendors.
III. Qualifications
1. Core Experience & Background
• Familiarity with the management systems and operational processes of large organizations.
• Knowledge of international security standards and overseas security management frameworks.
• Some theoretical or practical experience in risk assessment and emergency response.
• Solid capability in official document writing and document management.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills – able to effectively interact with multicultural teams and external stakeholders.

3. Language & Technical Skills
• Good English reading, writing, and everyday communication skills, with the ability to handle foreign correspondence and documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
IV. Preferred Qualifications
• Overseas (especially high-risk region) work or peacekeeping experience.
• Internationally recognized security management certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP).
• Valid driver’s license and practical driving experience.
Prior service or work experience in government agencies, national defense units, or military (including Armed Police) .
