Job Description
We are looking International Sales Manager at our Food processing Company Mulund Location.
Experience-Min 5 Years
Job Description-
Basic Skills:
1. Presentable
2. Excellent oral and written communication skills
3. Proven experience in identifying target markets
4. Highly developed organisational and team-working skills
5. Proactive with the ability and confidence to use initiative
6. Budget management skills and proficiency
7. Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
8. The ability to work to deadlines and cope with the consequent pressure
+. Well versed with Export procedure, Letter of Credit, Incoterms, etc
10. Should have in depth knowledge on product specification and packaging.
Qualifications & Experience:
1. Graduate/Postgraduate/PGDM in Marketing & International Business.
2. 5-7 years’ experience in international Business in FMCG
3. Proficiency with desktop applications including MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point.
4. Experience in supervising and managing a marketing team.
5. Well-travelled
6. Working experience in any CRM platform will be preferred.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
1. Researching and evaluating new product opportunities, demand for potential products and customer needs and insights.
2. Assisting in Overall marketing strategy and execution of plans for all the products.
3. Monitoring and analysing market trends.
4. Studying competitor’s products and services.
5. Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets.
6. Assistance in Managing the production of promotional material.
7. Generating MIS reports for monitoring results.
8. Generating Sales Leads/Inquiries culminating in orders.
+. Work closely with Operations & Logistics departments regarding despatch & export documents, etc.
10. Attending to customer complaints and resolving the same in co-ordination with concerned departments
11. Organizing trade exhibitions internationally, conferences, and sales meetings independently.
12. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets in line with company overall targets
