Job Description
We are looking for an International Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen Oceanic Consultants’ relationships with international universities and educational institutions. The role will focus on maintaining strong communication with existing university partners, identifying opportunities for new collaborations, and ensuring smooth coordination between partner institutions and our internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing international university and institutional partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for universities regarding updates, programmes, admissions, scholarships, policies, events, and other institutional communication.
• Regularly engage with university representatives to identify opportunities for deeper collaboration and increased student recruitment.
• Identify and approach new universities and institutions to expand the organisation’s international partner network.
• Coordinate meetings, university visits, training sessions, webinars, education fairs, and other partner activities.
• Keep internal counselling and admissions teams updated on university programmes, entry requirements, scholarships, application procedures, and important changes.
• Work closely with university representatives to resolve application, admission, and operational queries wherever required.
• Maintain organised records of university contacts, agreements, communications, updates, and partnership activities.
• Track the performance and potential of existing partnerships and recommend areas where relationships can be further developed.
• Represent Oceanic Consultants professionally during meetings, institutional visits, conferences, workshops, and networking events.
Candidate Profile
• Prior experience in international education, university relations, institutional partnerships, business development, or overseas education is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with international university representatives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple institutional relationships simultaneously.
• Proactive approach towards developing relationships and identifying new partnership opportunities.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with international education markets and university admission processes would be an advantage.
Role Objective
• The primary objective of the International Relationship Manager will be to strengthen Oceanic Consultants’ existing university partnerships while continuously developing new institutional relationships, creating a stronger international network and improving collaboration between our university partners and internal teams.
