Job Description:

This role focuses on managing and improving the international patient experience, ensuring seamless coordination between care teams, and upholding Zydus Hospitals’ commitment to quality healthcare. The ideal candidate will lead team meetings, monitor service delivery, and ensure that international patients receive efficient, compassionate, and culturally sensitive care throughout their treatment journey at Zydus Hospitals.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular team meetings to share key updates and align on patient care goals at Zydus Hospitals
• Motivate and manage staff to maintain high standards of international patient care and satisfaction
• Create and monitor staff work schedules for balanced and efficient service delivery
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure every international patient is accounted for in the care program
• Perform regular quality assurance checks to uphold service excellence at Zydus Hospitals
• Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate diagnostics, admissions, consultations, and discharge
• Provide personalized support to international patients, from pre-arrival coordination to post-discharge follow-ups
• Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and relay insights to improve international care services
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare/Hospital Administration or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a patient coordination or healthcare administration role
• Proven leadership and team management skills, preferably in an international care environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially for dealing with international patients and families
• Understanding of healthcare protocols, hospital operations, and quality standards
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive patient data
• Knowledge of multiple languages or experience in a multilingual setting is a plus for Zydus Hospitals
• Continuous learner who attends seminars and implements updated healthcare practices
